Philippians

On friday our goup put our heads together and came to a final decision on how we are going to present Philippians. We want to be creative, but we also want to present Philippians in the clearest, and applicable way that we can. We are going to start off telling about the background of Philippians, then we're going to do some questions, a game and a powerpoint.

Our group is going to do our best explaing the themes of Philippians (there's more than one theme), and the boys are going to explain a majority of the meanings so you won't think us girls are preaching. Anyway can't wait til, I would write on the things that we're going to speak about, but that would just ruin the whole presentation.

GALATIANS

Our group had a fun time brainstorming for our project. After tossing around dozens of ideas, we think we have a basic structure for how our presenation will go. I won't reveal all the details, but I can say it won't involve puppets.

Most of all we want to be sure that we are able to clearly and creatively explain how much we've learned as a group about the book of Galatians. Hope that gets everyone excited!

Galatians

Our groups was very excited to finally get information on the the project we have bee working towards. We had a very productive meeting and got a lot done in the direction we are going to take it. We have assigned roles for each other and are going to work on them throughout the break to get more done with our project. We are looking foward to getting finished project and are hoping the it will clearly convey the message we are presenting.

ROMANS 12-15

Our group immediately began discussing creative ways to present our passge of Scripture. Being that our group is very diverse in the way each other thinks, we have some core concepts in mind that we are all thinking about independently. We will then meet together a couple times to put our thoughts together and construct a collective perspective and blend of creativity for our presentation.

All four members of our group were present today. The first thing we did was to review what we went over last week to get our facilitator caught up with where we are. We then talked about the passage before moving on to the presentation of our passage. We all agreed that one thing we did not want to do is take applications from the passage that the author did not intend when he wrote it. We discussed different ideas for skits, sermons, and different illustrations that would go with our passage.
