This article is full of wisdom. And for those you who have taken my "Foundations of Ministry Leadership" course, this of course, is quite consistent with the definition we use in class for the unique nature or ministry, or "spiritual," leadership: Shepherding people on to God's agenda--which is indeed, a "better future."
