6 Questions for Leaders
The six questions:
1 - How are you? 2 - What are you celebrating? (Where are you winning?) 3 - What challenges are your experiencing? 4 - What do you plan to do about those challenges? 5 - How can I help you? 6 - How can I pray for you?
These six questions will help you encourage and lead others. These serves as a great agenda in any coaching or leading session.
"How can I help you" and "How can I pray for you" are such great questions for our spouses. In Proverbs 12:20 it says "but gentle thoughts bring happiness." I believe these type of questions can so allow our spouses to feel heard.
