Weekend Update . . .

FYI . . . (2/28)

The blog, Christian in Context has been doing (unintentionally so) a sort of series of Smoking, interesting perspective.

I enjoy reading Catholic theologian Henri Nouwen, in the maze of books on leadership, his little book about it may be the most biblical and sensible you’ll ever read—I dare you! Anyhow, I’m in good company, checkout this video clip from Scott Duvall on Koinonia.

Mark Driscoll has been doing a series of posts on spiritual disciplines.

Great picture, and point: Becoming What we Worship.

Came across this list of article from The Village Church in the Dallas, TX area, haven’t read them all, but the ones I have are pretty good: The Village Church Articles

What is the goal of teaching and studying the Bible? Or, “the goal of our instruction” (1 Tim. 1:5)? Euangelion has an informative quote from Eugene Peterson.

I posted this on the blog earlier, but it is so good, here’s another reminder: Free e-book on leadership. It comes by way of Mark Batterson of Evotional.com.

Blessings
